My daughter can't join a team tournament that is set to only include players under 1500 rating.
her rating is 1190 so she should be eligible but the join button is greyed out.
Any help in rectifying this would be much appreciated
It needs to be below the threshold for a week.
Another condition for such tournaments is 20+ rated games.

My daughters account has never been above the 1500. The only time she has reached 1500 is when it was automatically given to her on opening account. This particular tournament has been set up with less rated games needed so she fit that brief.
In the left hand column the rating requirement is in red so that indicates that thats the problem. Is this just a glitch, or is there a setting hidden somewhere that I may have missed?
Are you posting from her account? The question mark after the rating means it's provisional - she'll need to play a few more games before she can join any rating-restricted tournaments.
