Never tried with that KB though I know that chessdotcom has this feature.
You just can do one premove, then you have to wait for the opponent to move, then you can premove again.

you probably could using macro software but not sure if that violates TOS
If you want multiple premoves, chess.com enables those. I play most of my bullet/blitz games on chess.com when I want to be able to use multiple premoves.
You can do multiple premoves in correspondence games. You enter them via the analysis board.
