I like his advice on focusing on one thing at a time. For example, if you are reading the above mentioned book, just focus on it and try to read this book to the end before buying a new book. Sometimes there are people who buy books but never read them. Don't be like that. I'm still reading that book by the way. I realized that there are some gaps in my chess knowledge so I have to practice more.
