Can I increase my rating by playing against bots?

In my free time I play at work. But I can be called on business at any time. Therefore, it is convenient for me to play against bots. I played once - I was defeated. The rating has dropped. I won two times, the rating has not changed. I don’t understand how to play so that the game affects the rating.
Sorry for my English.

@Sergey_Phaeton Your English is fine! There is a limit to how much rating can be changed when playing bots, to prevent farming or sandbagging of ratings. In the future, you can play casual games (perhaps even with other players) or only play when you know for sure you will have time to finish the game. For example, if I wanted a 3+0 game, I would only play if I'm absolutely sure I have 6 minutes (3 minutes per side x 2.)
