Over 3 years ago, Lichess banned me off this platform for the use of external assistance. I'm not sure what or how I have used external assistance and attempts over the past 3 years to appeal this ban have been ignored with Lichess suggesting me a new account because their policy doesn't allow them to unban me. Is there any way that I can have the ban removed since it was wrongly flagged over 1000 DAYS ago and this account is valuable to me. If there's a lichess moderator or someone that understands the forum well that would be very helpful in order for me to better understand the issue. Thank you.
