It sort of irritates me that a team leader sends message for a call of tournament. Why can't the leader let others play in peace. If someone doesn't join everytime the leader calls why can't the leader stop messaging. I have only twoce sent different messages and when I realized that in one tournament only two players joined then I stopped using''message all members''.

I was going to suggest OP to try Zen mode but I think I realize where the problem is.
I suppose the annoyance comes from the fact that notifications popup and play a sound even when one is playing a game - I think it happened to me too.
It can make you lose a game, especially if you are in deep thought and have few seconds left on the clock and about to play a game-winning (or losing) move.
So I think OP has a point. I think such notifications should be muted by default during games.
Or why can't leader send message in the team I mean after your game is finished you can check it out
