What you just named is a time control. It has nothing to do with your chess skills. The game only ends sooner.
So when I play that time control, I don't have time to get concentrated, the game is already over. The more complex or challenging the position is, the longer it takes me to focus on it. The simpler or more familiar the position is the easier it is to react.
To be successful in a chess game, a player must commit to a focused strategy, control key parts of the board, and deepen their understanding of specific aspects of the game. A player who spreads their resources or attention too thinly, without a coherent plan, risks being ineffective and outmanoeuvred.

-
be comfortable with your device to get the most out of it in terms of speed.
-
take advantage of this speed to berserk or attempt traps like lefong
-
learn 2-3 openings per side well and know the main variations/lines and traps.
-
practice a lot of varied puzzles (puzzle storm, streak, race), this will help you to have automatisms when you see a position or a situation that reminds you of these puzzles.
-
play a lot, especially in tournaments to learn from your mistakes and adjust your routine
