Computer and mouse is considered the standard for bullet. Yet, I notice that if you have touch screen you move much faster than on a mouse. Is it because I must lower my sensitivity?

Lower your sensitivity and disable mouse acceleration.

Bullet is better on a device that has a 5-6 inch screen as shown by the specs (maybe 4-6 inches long and 2-3 inches wide). For example, a Samsung Galaxy s8 or Motorola Moto G7 would be good phones to play bullet on. The size is small enough that you don't need to move the mouse (or in this case, your finger) as far, but you won't have too small of a screen, where your fingers are too large to select the correct piece.

man, you physically cannot do what I do with a mouse on a tablet. there is no way. the amount of premoves and cancels I make cant be done as fast on a tablet/phone. I do agree a tablet is a fine medium for games like 2+1 or 3 0 but when you start talking hyper and ultra you just cannot compare the accuracy a mouse gives you.

The tablet (ipad) is usually faster than the mouse (if you learn it well), because you can use two fingers at the same time to move pieces (but perhaps it is on par with the mouse, but it's generally not slower at least [and i'm not talking about a phone of course]). Keyboard app (the link above) is the fastest probably (but it depends on who uses it).
