I am stating that I am not sure if it is cheating or not.
I am not asking because I think multi-premoves are cheating on chess.com(Which they are not on chess.com because it certainly allows them). I am asking because the TOS state "1. Cheating. We define this as using any external assistance to strengthen your knowledge and, or, calculation ability to gain an unfair advantage over your opponent. Some examples would include computer engine assistance, opening books (except for correspondence games), endgame tablebases, and asking another player for help, although these aren’t the only things we would consider cheating.". I am not sure if multi-premoves count as cheating on lichess or not.

No, lichess is fine with these extensions.

So premoves are officially fine because they do not strengthen your knowledge or calculation ability

Allowing multi premoves is criminal in the spirit of bullet. It's bad enough playing against kb but having a group making one tap moves and the others making multi moves is just wrong.
