Every time I click on a new opponent in the 2-1 time control, the game starts with an empty board. I have tried turning my iPad off and on, but the problem remains. How do I solve this problem?
Check your profile settings, you probably accidentally enabled blindfold mode.

If you have a low internet and 3-d pieces the pieces might not load
Try to hard refresh page (Ctrl + F5), and if it fixes issue, clear the browser's cache.
Or clear browser's cashe directly.
