Firefox nightly enables javascript.options.wasm_simd by default, so you'll get Stockfish 13 on Lichess there without tinkering with about:config flags :)

@Articuno09 That is not true because I just went into my analysis board and saw that it says Stockfish 13 and i'm on android.
