Stockfish 13 NNUE on Lichess

I have updated to Chrome version 88 and I still see Stockfish 12+ in my browser. Is there a way to get 13 to show up?

Nevermind, I fixed it. Apparently it wasn't fully launched. It's all set now.

@wshguy At this point it's in the hand of Firefox devs to enable the feature whenever they feel confident in security/stability.

Congrats to the devs to make SIMD work with wasm. Huge props!

Yes Great stuff, but still it says " Stockfish 10+ in your local browser" with the last version of Crome ( playing from a tablet)... How can I fix this? @revoof

I enabled chrome://flags/#enable-webassembly-simd for Opera Web Browser and that gave Stockfish 13+NNUE even without updating the web browser.

The problem is that under Waterfox Classic Web Browser Stockfish 10+WASM has been that way since the very beginning. This is supposed to be a Firefox Web Browser, but there is no javascript.options.wasm_simd in the about:config settings.

That might explain why with a non-chromium web browser there is also stuttering and lag especially when playing Bullet games! And when you click to view your games analysis board that will also stutter with micro freezes.

I always have to use Google Chrome or Opera to play on Lichess for the game to be smooth. Waterfox Classic is my main default web browser but with Lichess it is not fully compatible since Lichess V2. Frankly I am not even sure if there is a solution for this. Non Chromium web browsers have had problems over the last 2 years on Lichess.
