Fat Fritz 2 is a rip-off

Simple. In the Stockfish/Leela licenses: Explicitly disallow Chessbase from using the source code of Stockfish/Leela, unless they donate 80% of every sold engine to the Stockfish/Leela development.
Attempting to take advantage of people with little knowledge iin the matter is so sad.
5. Conveying Modified Source Versions.

You may convey a work based on the Program, or the modifications to
produce it from the Program, in the form of source code under the
terms of section 4, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:

a) The work must carry ***prominent*** notices stating that you modified
it, and ***giving a relevant date***.

Emphasis mine.

Sounds like FF2 isn't doing this and therefor violates the terms of the licensing agreement.
Also, lying about, making dishonest claims about, or withholding obligatory information about your product for monetary gain is the definition of Fraud, which carries civil and federal penalties. So... tread carefully ChessBase?

@Sarg0n You can use SF commercially but not if you violate their license. They do so in more than just one way. Also the claim of being stronger is proven wrong countless times so their advertisement states something factually incorrect and therefore their marketing alone is illegal. End of story.
Thanks for this article lichess!

Just wanted to clarify one thing...
Even Stockfish devs and owners have agreed that it is legal to do what “Master(sign of immaturity, definitely not Mr.) Albert Scam(that’s his sir name right)” did, but it is morally wrong and is definitely scam. Also it is wrong to take all the credits for something someone else did.
Ha ha ha, lichess complaining to make other sites less popular and lichess 'The best site', made my day!
didn't know why this had to be advertised in the sidebar of the play interface...
