I have seen many games where the analysis starts automatically without clicking on “ Request a computer analysis “. Can anyone explain this.

No nobody clicked on “Request a computer analysis”. I have seen this in many top level games.

In top level games, there also might be spectators starting the analysis.

@sheckley666 it seems you have no experience. If you have no experience then pls don’t respond.
I assume in arena tournaments some games are analysed by default by Lichess? (either by the mods or automatically by an algorithm). I notice that often arena games are immediately and routinely analysed if a clear underdog wins (for example because of reckless berserkering of the opponent (; )
