In top level games, there also might be spectators starting the analysis.

I assume in arena tournaments some games are analysed by default by Lichess? (either by the mods or automatically by an algorithm). I notice that often arena games are immediately and routinely analysed if a clear underdog wins (for example because of reckless berserkering of the opponent (; )
