Why doesn't lichess allow manual pairings in tournaments (swiss)

Who was the first GM to verify title in Lichess?
I think it could be a good Idea to let Thibault listen to our ideas. In lichess there are lots of young coders who would love to help lichess and create new cool features.
Thibault could create a topic like this one for example every 1 or 2 months and people post their coding features and ideas. Thibault, chooses one of them and then asks the owner of the idea how to do the coding, if he/she could improve something and then put the new idea into lichess.
