https://lichess.org/page/team-etiquette, this is the team etiquette. Joining teams can help you in participating tournaments, doing a lot of good work, etc. Just remember, never advertise teams!

if you get invited to a team and you don't know why, it means that the person inviting you is likely spamming. i report them every time.
