Are alt accounts allowed?

I know people having blindfold accounts...that qualifies for a good reason too I guess

What about having alternate accounts as bot accounts? Is that allowed?

As long as there is a legitimate reason for another account. Blindfold and Bot would qualify as such.

Guys , I do not think that alt accounts are allowed without a specific reason. I don't have a alt account.

But some people who think that alt accounts are good are also right as if one is hacked they can at least play with the other one.
