The Captcha includes a "help" link which gives the solution... If one cannot solve mate in one, nor follow the solution, it is unlikely they can contribute significantly to a discussion about chess...

(BTW, the Captcha I currently have for this post has:

50 total legal moves, of which
8 are checks, and of these
6 are mate in one!)

The captchas are actually not that hard and maybe many people like chess.com more than lichess but I like lichess better.
