Any free chess databases to download?

I have installed SCID vs. PC and would now like to populate it with a big database of games. Are there any free ones out there with several million games in them?

There is a free database of 2.2 million games available here:

It contains games through 2013.

@thibault just the 2000+ classical games from that collection, that would be a nice thing to have, because i just have 5 GBs volumina per 15 euro :-(
