Does Lichess have a realtime anti-cheat engine? And how does it work, can anyone from the Lichess team answer. I feel a bit concerned about playing on the Lichess site if I feel one day many people are playing so good as they are... Of course I might have had a bad day, but sometimes I feel that more than one player is cheating.
I played a few games today and I lost 35 against 14 victories. I often feel that I am doing over 50% or so, atleast in a bad day I manage to win atleast more than 35%. But today I won only 28% of the games, which I find rather strange. I found it very strange that I lost so many games in a row. Ok, I might have had a bad day and playing poorly as I said, but Im quite sure atleast one of the games I played I must have played against a cheater. How can one really be sure? Does anyone else have the same experience?
So my general question is does Lichess have a realtime anti-cheat engine working for every game that is played, or do one have to report to be able to check if a player is playing computer moves?

There is one if you play rated games and request computer analysis. But it's at a very low level because it shouldn't take too many resources. If you report, you will call the mods to apply more sophisticated cheat detection.
You can report as much as you want, but please accept that most players are good and most games are lost due to own blunders

We do have a few AI's that analyze rated games and report to us the results of the most suspicious accounts.
There are about 5 millions games (rated + unrated) played everyday on Lichess and it is impossible to analyze them all both real time and after the end.
Reporting suspicious activity at lichess.org/report is strongly encouraged.
For cheating and rating manipulation it is preferable to describe in words the reasoning behind the accusation.
For username and inappropriate wording reports it is recommended to explain why in your language the username is inappropriate as we might find difficulties with online translators.
Reporting in English speeds up the process of review by moderators.
