Click the battle button near the notification button
Near the "X" on the right side of it there is a button showing downwards click that
Many options will show up and you can chose any one

That's very easy to do @astroboy3005!! Just go to preferences -- privacy -- Let others players challenge you -- and enable either never, or only friends, whatever you want.
