Hi everyone, I’m working 6 hours in day, everyday. But I need to know when and how often can I take a day off, so a rest day. Can anyone help me?
Why do people do this? Ask things that know the answer? They are looking for an incentive to continue doing what they are doing or for someone to be harsh enough to force them to stop doing what they are doing.

If I knew the answer I wouldn’t ask, is it ok to take 1 day off in a week? Or in a month?

Thanks for the answers but you guys aren’t understanding me well. I want a serious answer, I’m not trolling. If I make one day rest in a week is this bad for my chess? Bc I think my brain needs more free time and maybe my results will be better like this. So what is better? Working without rests? One day off in a week? One day off in month? @Sarg0n
You should work 27 hours a day, 8 days a week, without any rest day.
