A new hexagonal chess for three players

Hello everyone, I thought of a new hexagonal chess for three players and I will list the pictures to show how to play it. I think the way of moving chess in square chessboard is same in the hexgonal chess board. However, when I've done it, I found it hard and confuse to play it. I don't know want should I do when I'm playing. (I'm a greenhand for chess.) So I want to konw if there any strategies for the hesagonal chess. Are there some strategies and thoughts same in the normal chess and the hexagonal chess? Thanks!!
Here is the initial chessboard

This is how the Pawn move and eat. And the promotion and En passant are same.

This is how the Rook move and eat.
! image.png
This is how the Queen move and eat. That of king is similar but king can just move 1 grid.
! image.png
This is how the Knight move and eat. (The pawn is where it can move to)
! image.png
This is how the Bishop move and eat. (There are three kinds of Bishop in the hexagonal chess)
(I can only upload 5 pictures) The Bishop is move to a same color position. And Bishop+Rook =Queen so we can analyse the Bishop how to move, right?
