I do not think so. I believe it's a computing error, as they are on the Lichess content team, and Lichess probably wouldn't allow them to remain on the team if he hacked. And the amount that people talk about it, Lichess most likely knows.

Maybe Lichess changed it's username to SpaceX,
and thought no one would notice, but lichess played a bullet chess game and lost.
And as soon as that happened, Lichess changed it's username back.
