How do you know this?
You are aware Lichess has far more information than you do in order to decide if an account not marked as "BOT" is using computer assistance.
After the game or Tournament just analyze your games if u find the player had cheated u report with this https://lichess.org/report

I find people on lichess that i have played with many times. They chat like people, not bots. And i've chatted with many chatbots - its still easy to tell the difference.

Conspiracy theories are really annyoing. It shows the weakness of human psychology.
