Stockfish requires a lot of CPU to run, and the LiChess analysis tool runs on your device.

Reduce the number of cores that stockfish is using, but that will give you both slower and worse analysis.

Mac CPUs tend to heat up quite frequently and I don't think it's wise to run Stockfish 13 NNUE on a Mac.
