Well this is my longest game ever at 233 moves, but it was a joke game against my friend IDK if it counts

Not really 'mine', but a few months ago I made Stockfish play a some games without it's E and H pawns vs an other strong engine (Berserk 11.1), in one game Stockfish managed to draw in 467 moves. Lichess was a maximum game length of 300 moves for imported games it seems, but the last 167 moves are just more of the same 50 move rule shenanigans:
