I am really disappointed that the three check variants match with the computer. I am so sad that with 1 check only by the computer I lost. I mean that that wasn't possible. no checks to kill me nearby.

I think its a checkmate or computer've got three check.
yep, happened to me once.
nope, it wasn't like that, no checkmate if I kill a piece. ok, among8888.

Here are some tips to improve.
1) Analyze your games and analyze master three check games.
2) Practice 3 check puzzles
3) Watch live youtube or twitch streams of masters playing three check
4) Watch three check games from top rated tv.

I just checked all your recent games and each had either 3 checks or a checkmate by the opponent.
Some checks were quite natural moves so perhaps you did not even notice that you got checked 3x
