This guy played 113 games and lost only 9. i just doubt that he used some illegal methods to win. He never played rated games. what do you think?

I do not see that he/She is cheating. Makes a lot of mistakes and 10-1ish does not mean anything. If he is probably rated 1800-2000 and plays a lot of 1300-1400s he is going to have a lot of wins. Especially losses like this one. Where his opponent plays like a 300.
