It ended it my opponent resigning, although I was awarded no points for my win. They also resigned in a very strange position, and immediately after playing Bxd1, with no hesitation. After looking in the analysis, they played suspiciously well, although it was a very short game, so I can't come to any conclusion about the legitimacy of their play. Why did they resign? Why didn't I get any points?
