I have no idea what your point is... In both cases, the opening move effectively wins the Queen (ar at least about have a quien). In the first, any attempt to rescuing the Q is clearly even worse. In the second, I guess there is an about equally bad alternative, but nothing significantly better, and everything is dead lost.
