Is it usually harder for computers to find moves that are obvious the humans in some positions?

Here in the position below, after 20...h6 which was a sideline in one of Karpov's games, the engine does not find 21.Rfc1 until I played it and went from a +1.3 to a +5.6 which made me surprised since I know many players would've found it easily although not the whole variation that wins the queen. https://lichess.org/study/1cSTA2HU/pXqLy8qA#40
