1st guy, yes, probably, and he's already been marked.
2nd guy, no I don't think so. He loses more rated games than he wins, so unlikely.
MajorGiggles: based only upon this game, I would say no. Based upon the second game, I would say yes if his rating was below 2400.
Instead of whining, block these people and win back your rating points if you deserved them. (Just my opinion.)
