It's a theoretical draw if Black rushes to Queen it's pawn with 45. c1=Q. Instead 45. Bd3 keeps Black in the hunt.

maybe for a computer its a draw, but black has huge winning chances.
Oh yeah. There are many positions that are elementary draw for the engine, but definitely lost for the human
