I think you should know that lichess platform when you premove, time is not affected, but on chess.com even if you premove, it take about 0.1

He is saying if both player doing premove, there’s no meaning of 'premove' 21 move per second is not possible for a player with a mouse and one hand. Not even @Statham_13 either he won't loss any ultrabullet game with that speed.

My peak was 1805 maybe and common was 1650-1700. But I left because that time control was addictive and not impactful in standard chess. But still I watch ultrabullet on lichesstv. Whatever sir, I know why it’s not possible to play 21 moves per second with one hand and a mose. But there was KB extension and lag switcher (not publicly available now but there’s old youtube video even of title players using KB when it didn’t got banned )

They may have used a program but whats the point of banning them through a casual game? I may not have understood many things here coz I don't play bullet/ultra but casual games are played just for fun and they shouldn't get banned.

1) why buy the claim that they got banned only for that (kornienko is well known for pursuing extreme bullet ratings through fishy means)
2) you start a casual game with someone, now, do you wish to be cheated?
To whoever is saying that it is impossible to play 50 moves in one second, it could be done on lichess. Here, you don't lose 0.1 seconds like on chess.com. Also, you don't have to play 50 moves in one physical second. It takes some time for your move to play, then the opponent plays and so it takes much more than 30 seconds to finish long ub games. Lag has to be taken into account as well. Don't know why lichess is banning people for casual games either. Anyway, this is a very hard feat to achieve so if it was authentic, insane mouse speed.
