Blocking is ok, because it does not have any negative impact on the other person - at least not measurable.
Canceling games (after playing d4) is much more frustrating...
Nobody has the right to play with a given person. Therefore, block as many players as you want...

Oh yeah I was gonna comment on the weird behavior of blocking London players. What will you do when your opponent plays it in an OOB match? Punch em?
I just prepare as good as I can so that I can relax and have a good time with that game instead of getting annoyed.

I think all blocking is pretty gross. I never block any players, for any reason. I also don't block on social media.
