I propose the following changes to the Gregorian calendar:
The calendar year now has only 364 days, that is, 52 weeks arranged in 13 months of 28 days each.
In addition, a leap year has a leap week added as a separate 14th part of the year.
It always occurs after "saving the unused 365th and 366th days into the leap week",
The change will be valid from the beginning of 2029
