It is fully random and it is your choice.
And ofcourse, if you become leader you can do anything:
1.Make tournaments, teambattles and simuls.
2.Change the team description.
3.Send team messages
Why did we make this form?
A: This is for three main reasons:
1. We get to know that you are interested so we don't disturb you unnecessarily if you don't want to become. We only promote leaders who want to become one.
2. This also shows that we can trust you that you will not remove the leaders and will help the team. (Sorry if you found it rude)
3. We get to know your capabilities. It has happened many times that people who we made leaders did not help the team. (Others did help) By this we know that you will help the team and try hard to do it.
