It seems that I have a bug in the latest version (version 2.4.54 dated June 13). I use Firefox.
When I click on Lichess Tools in the menu to access the Lichess Tools settings page, I no longer reach the Lichess Tools settings page.

Update to 2.4.55. Firefox is published, Chrome should become available soon.
