I'm on Chrome, the extension installed, this didn't happen before I think. If I click on my profile on upper right corner, and in the dropdown menu> Lichess Tools the link bar says I'm on "https://lichess.org/team/all#lichessTools", however the page content, (try it, in fact you can even just try that link) shows, for some reason, a list of lichess teams, which I identified as a "https://lichess.org/team/all"

Make sure you have the latest version: 2.4.39.

The way LiChess Tools does "pages" is hijack a page from Lichess and replace its content. That's why the #lichessTools is there, to tell it when to do that. In this particular case, the content should not show teams, but the LiChess Tools preferences.

It works fine for me, but if it doesn't for you, it might be because some problem with the browser extension update. It's perfectly safe to uninstall and reinstall LiChess Tools. Try that, tell me if it happens again.
