It appears that the www.chessdb.cn DNS domain has vanished. I don't know why, I hope it's temporary. I raised an issue with noobpwnftw, let's see what happens.
Meanwhile, version v2.3.186 will make Explorer eval work even if the domain is not available anymore. Obviously, it will use the lichess cloud-eval and local computer engine only, if so enabled.

Not since I've created the feature, @ObiWan_Benoni . And they were actively working on it, as far as I know.
Being China, I have no idea what happened. It's not a DNS blocking issue, because their own Chinese DNS server reports it's not there. Maybe they forgot to pay it? But that would be dumb. I tried to fake the DNS to their original IP and no response from there, so I think this is something worse.
No, the ICP license expired :D
noobpwnftw renewed it and the site should be back up in a few days. Good wake up call, though...
