2 problems with Interactive Studies: Hints and Focus

I installed LiChess Tools a couple of days ago and haven't yet learned how to use it properly, but I have experienced a couple of problems in Interactive Studies.

1. First of all, I usually make copious use of the Hints feature. I like to give a bare minimum of guidance in the first instance, then more guidance in a hint. If I need to use the hints when reviewing, it means I need to study more. But enabling LiChess Tools appears to disable the Hints field. Am I just missing something?
2. I am unable to maintain focus on the text field Comments. I click on it and start typing but the characters I input seem to be interpreted as commands of some kind and the focus shifts elsewhere. This is a problem that I have frequently experienced even without Lichess Tools installed, but LiChess Tools seems to make the problem worse.
   I haven't yet managed to work out what the Lichess Tools enhancements to Interactive Studies are so for now I've just disable the extension, but I'd love to explore it again if I can overcome these issues. I'd be grateful for any advice.

For 1. I am looking at a new study and the hint UI box is there on the screen. Moreover, when you right click on a move, even one that is not main line, you have menu options to add hints and say why other moves are wrong, so LiChess Tools extends the hint functionality. Maybe your local combination of setting is somehow resulting in a buggy behavior.

For 2. This is something I have heard before. It has nothing to do with LiChess Tools. Last time it was because of someone integrating Chessvision.AI in Lichess. Do you have the same situation? Also, the developer of Chessvision was notified. I thought that was solved.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly on this. Sounds like I might need to do basic things like restarting Chrome, restarting LiChess Tools, etc., just to see if there's a problem that's idiosyncratic to my system. And yes, I do have Chessvision.AI installed so I'll try turning that off.
Perhaps a stupid question, but is there a manual or similar for LiChess Tools?

It's not about Chessvision.AI , it's about it being integrated in Lichess. All you have to do is turn that off:

You can still use Chessvision Scan and so on.
