Atomic Chess Rating Group Tournament

I will organize a knockout tournament of atomic chess named Atomic Chess Rating Group Tournament. The players will be divided to groups of Open, U2400, U2200, U2000. The tournament is scheduled to start in mid-January and end in April

I have a bit of difficulty reading the rules at https://sites.google.com/site/atomicrtggroup/rules, the lines are cut on the right side, without an horizontal "elevator" to scroll : see http://imgur.com/a/xL8if

It seems the line breaks are somewhat absolute, and for some reason don't adapt to screen width. I don't know enough CSS or GoogleSites to say why. I use the chromium browser, nothing too unusual.

I don't really know who built the site - I suppose you @kclee2172 copied it from somewhere ? - so I don't know who this message should be addressed to.
