Will Anyone help me

Bro I'm from 10th grade too and my term 2 are also coming and I don't think u r more addicted than me but I study 2.5 hours daily sincerely and my parents don't say anything after that and I think 2.5 hours each day is okay because you at least have till mid March before exams . Also I have scored very good (after checking answer sheet in term 1 ) in term 1 by same method so try to prioritise your things and if u can't even get 2.5 hours away from chess then that is some serious problem .

Also try to stay away from any kind of social media completely .

And I play 2 hours volleyball everyday and read a lot of novels so don't just play online chess whole day . Okay bro.

I'm in Running Start, which means I've got college AND high school at once. If you spend 10 minutes on 5 minutes off, it really helps. For me at least, my brain tends to fry to where I can't think straight and definitely can't get As or retain study info. And yeah, I have addictions to games too, it's just not chess. I found taking 5 minutes for every 10 helps me not to have my brain fry to that point. I am currently straight A in all of my classes, and have been contacted by honor societies relentlessly.

IDK, but I think this works pretty well for me at least.
