Is this really a 3-fold-repetition?

Hey Folks,
I recently played a game which ended in a 3-fold-repetion: lichess.org/lDc07wX2/white

I can see the same position at move 38 and 44, but where is the third repetition?

I looked so long at this game and i still can't find it.
Please help me cause it's really annoying me.
