Idk, a warning probably won't do too much for you and if you have a problem with the warning you can always try to discuss about it

it's fine. as long as you don't use it repetitively, the worst is you will be temporarily unable to abort.
The only reason why there is a restriction is because sometimes an opponent who you have played in the past may decide not to play recollecting to that previous game. It is just annoying to the other player otherwise there is not a sever penalty just dont do it often.
Well then just play the game.
