Let lichess ratings be x and chess com ratings be y.
You can convert the ratings by using this formula.
x^5+y^4-578xy+6x-68y*575xy+437+(7/89xy)+√6xy=0

You dont need help, u need to create an account on chesscom, play and then you could compare both elo you ve got
