It's bad. What is this move doing?

Taking a pawn and skewering a knight and a rook?

Review your games with the help of the chess engine. Figure out where you went wrong.

Also, one thing that helped me to avoid blunders when I was starting out was to ask myself before every move: "what is my opponent threatening?".

Everyone is better than me help... Been studying and playing 2 years now.

Hello myocarditis, I checked few of your games and what I can recommend you :

Observe carefully your opponent moves and weaknesses
Develop well your pieces
Plan several moves than analyze how your opponent will respond
Try to understand your opponent plan
Don't focus only on a small part of the board

If you want to get a higher rating, don't resign after losing a pawn like in this game you played. Why did you give up so soon? People will blunder back. :

Well Nxe5. You have to play Nxe5 back in order to threaten Bf7# and stay safe. So it is not bad but you need to play Nxe5

7.Ng4 allows Qxg4, so watch out for squares your opponent guards.
Then 16.Qxf3+ sacrifices your queen and does nothing. You should not sacrifice unless if you can win material or checkmate.
And when white offered a draw, you should of accepted it. Your opponent was winning. A draw is always better than a loss.

Play 1 game, then spend 10-20 minutes analyzing it with an engine. While using the engine don't pick the best moves, rather try to understand how to win, or how not to lose after bad/worse moves.

Maybe that’s as high as you will ever go because you’re not good at the game.
