improve ur attitude, rating is just a number when it comes to bullet

Bro if your playing on chess.com I can't help. Play on lichess man. I've stopped playing on chess.com after titling. I swear chess.com has some relationship with all the negative sides of chess.
Is #1 talking about FIDE rating or Lichess rating as I would act like that if my FIDE rating had the scenario of it. I mean you can increase the Lichess rating again and again
The only way to increase & eventually keep higher ratings (they still go up & down a bit even when u get "there") is to combine Playing Chess with Reading Chess Books, Studying Chess Videos, Working with Chess Engines, Puzzles (Studies) & when you play over the board rated tournament chess to think' quite a bit when needed ... Just "making moves" isn't going to cut it as your Rating may go up but down also a lot as @knightrifle said in #1 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, u need to train to stay " better" at chess ... Once the training is done then still you must try to "keep up" with new developments like I'm 60 years young but know many players who didn't keep up then played a lot of Chess then the Ratings go down so STUDY PLAY PLAY PLAY STUDY CHESS PLAY Good Luck'
