I think Magnus will certainly reach the 2900 ELO mark, and maybe try to go for 2950 ELO, but his ultimate prime is a far way to go. And plus, I don't think we are going to see 3000 ELO rating, because you would have to be the smartest human on the planet that you can just defeat Kasparov in the blink of an eye.
